Return & Refund Policy

Returns
Due to the nature of dietary supplements and for health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for products that have been opened or used.
Damaged products
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing hello.US@houseofthalen.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the damaged product and its packaging
Upon verification, we will gladly provide a replacement product at no additional cost.
Incorrect orders
If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. After verification, we will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you.
Order cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled.
